Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your guided trip or service with Fernweh Fly Co, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before your scheduled trip: You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of 75% of the total trip cost. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.

• Within 24 hours of your scheduled trip: You will be responsible for 50% of the total trip cost. If you have only paid the 25% deposit, the remaining balance needed to reach 50% of the trip cost will be charged. If you have already paid in full, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total trip cost.

Weather & Safety

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. If Fernweh Fly Co determines that weather, water conditions, or other safety concerns make the trip unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a full refund, including your deposit.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled trip without prior notice will forfeit 100% of the trip cost and will not be eligible for a refund.

By booking a trip with Fernweh Fly Co, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
