Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your guided trip or service with Fernweh Fly Co, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations

• More than 12 hours prior to your scheduled trip: You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of 75% of the total trip cost. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Weather & Safety

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. If Fernweh Fly Co determines that weather, water conditions, or other safety concerns make the trip unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a full refund, including your deposit.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled trip without prior notice will forfeit 100% of the trip cost and will not be eligible for a refund.
